Suitable for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates principles, are injury free and ready for a challenging class, combining more advanced repertoire and choreography.
advanced+
This class combines advanced repertoire and choreography, and works towards regularly challenging ourselves with the full 34 exercises in the classical repertoire, in the order Joseph Pilates set in his book RETURN TO LIFE. These classes are only suitable for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates repertoire, and are completely injury free.
