what we offer

in-studio classes

Our in-studio Group Classes run throughout the week, as pay-as-you-go classes, with the social aspect of a group class environment.

Classes are tailored to the group, and are strictly limited to 7 participants for plenty of personal space and ventilation.

Everything you need will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat and a folded towel/head cushion.

In-studio 1:1/2:1 Matwork sessions, are tailored to the individual, and are extremely beneficial for enhancing performance training, and for targeted results, such as pre and post-surgery, or injury rehabilitation. Those new to exercise will benefit from an initial private session, before joining a group class. Private sessions are also great if you are pregnant and looking for a way to work Pilates into your prenatal fitness and wellness routine.

virtual classes

Our Virtual Group Matwork classes run online through zoom.us. These classes are recommended for those who want the flexibility of pay-as-you-go classes, with the social aspect of a group class environment, from the comfort, convenience and safety of your own home.

Our virtual classes are kept small for the most two-way interaction with your teacher. Unlike pre-recorded online platforms, we teach every class live, and are watching, adapting, and cueing you through every class, to keep you motivated and accountable. You and your friends can join us from anywhere in the world, you simply need a stable internet connection, space to move, and a phone/tablet/laptop.

They are extremely beneficial for enhancing performance training, and for targeted results, such as pre and post-surgery, or injury rehabilitation. equipment sessions

The Pilates equipment studio is the ideal environment to support movement, whatever your age and experience. Joseph Pilates’ ingenious use of springs, pulleys and straps provides a supportive environment to ensure precision, and control in the execution of the movements. The equipment uses spring tension to provide support, but to also add resistance to increase the challenge.

Pilates equipment studio sessions are the perfect way to re-educate the body towards more intelligent movement patterns. They are perfect for anyone who would prefer to work on their own individual movement goals or who may have had any injuries or movement imbalances. You’ll follow a bespoke Pilates programme entirely focused on your own individual needs and goals.

Our light and airy equipment studio is fully equipped with the most up-to-date Pilates equipment from Balanced Body. We base our teaching on the latest research about movement, fascia and biomechanics, proven to achieve results and influence your alignment, movement and health.
